What is a Jazzy Diaper Cake?
A Jazzy Diaper Cake is the perfect gift for the expectant parents to be. It is not edible, but we use diapers and other baby essentials and form them into tiers to resemble a gourmet cake. It makes a great gift at a baby shower as it is both practical and unique. Our diaper cakes can be easily disassembled for use. Our Jazzy Diaper Cakes are made to perfection to match any baby shower theme decor or first/second birthday gifts as well.
What brand/size diapers do you use to
make your diaper cakes?
We can honor any customer brand preference, but our main brands used are Pampers Swaddlers and Huggies in sizes 1 and 2. We also can use eco-friendly cloth diapers, larger sizes and pull ups upon request.
Are your diaper cakes pre-made?
No, Jazzy Diaper Cakes are handmade from scratch when you place your order. Based upon availability of some cake items, they sometimes vary slightly from the picture. We value the consistency of our items so if a substitute is used, it will be of equal or greater value.
How do you insure my customer satisfaction
for special orders?
Upon completion of your special order Jazzy Diaper Cake, we will e-mail photos of the completed product to ensure your satisfaction before shipping, pick up or personal delivery. Once the customer has confirmed by email or by phone that they're satisfied with their diaper cake order, the order will be wrapped and completed. Therefore no changes can be made.
What is a Jazzy Diaper Cakes combination?
Jazzy Diaper Cakes combinations are made using different brands such as Luvs, Huggies and Pampers. It allows the mother to try to see which brand(s) best fit baby's needs.When the diaper cake is designed, it is created in tiers, with each tier representing different diaper sizes. What kind of services does Jazzy Diaper Cakes offer?
Jazzy Diaper Cakes offers pick up Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM EST), personal delivery within the Metro Atlanta area ($20 delivery charge) and via USPS shipping elsewhere in the continental US.
Does Jazzy Diaper Cakes offer
event/party planning services?
Jazzy Diaper Cakes does not plan events, however we would be honored to setup your Jazzy Diaper Cakes as the centerpiece at your baby shower or birthday party. This additional value added service is included in the $50 non-refundable deposit for custom orders. Jazzy Diaper Cakes is not responsible for providing food or any other aspects of the baby shower or party.

Jazzy Diaper Cakes offers rush orders only for Metro Atlanta orders for pickup or delivery. Please call for pricing.
Does Jazzy Diaper Cakes offer personalization services?
Yes, just fill out our custom diaper cake order form and we'll contact you within 24 hours. Make sure to include any special instructions that would help the designer fulfill your custom order.
How will my Jazzy Diaper Cake arrive?
All Jazzy Diaper Cakes come gift wrapped in clear cellophane wrap with a coordinating bow and custom-made diaper cake ingredients card attached. There is no extra charge for this service. However, an additional option is available to add a special message card for a small fee. Please request this option at the time of checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order up until the day it ships out. Once your cake is shipped out, you can not cancel your order. For custom orders, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to begin working on your order.
