The date of your diaper cake arrival is an estimate only. This date is based on UPS ground shipping service. It is strongly recommended to plan ahead of your baby shower and have your diaper cake ordered at least 3 days before your event to ensure the proper shipping procedures or you can utilize the Next Day Air shipping option if applicable.

All diaper cakes from jazzydiapercakes.com are carefully packed and secured in high quality shipping boxes to ensure best possible look right out of the packaging. You should be able to enjoy all the beauty of our high quality diaper cakes right out of the box.

REFUND and RETURN POLICY

If it is due to our error, we will reship and we will incur the shipping charge. If the recipient’s information was input incorrectly or has moved, we can reship the package, you will be charged for additional shipping with prior notification.

If you wish to return an item to us that you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace wrong items, minus shipping.

If you want to return an item for any other reasons, you can always return the item for a refund minus $20 handling fee and you're responsible for shipping it back to us.

Be advised that diaper cakes cannot be returned if the package is opened due to sanitary reasons; we also can't accept returns after 7 days after the order has been shipped.

We don't accept returns on custom orders and personalized items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us at Customer Service.

PLEASE DO NOT return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.

We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D.'s.
